At Hatimi Interiors, we aim to make the payment process as simple and secure as possible. Please read our Payment Policy carefully before placing an order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our products:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select products
• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment
• EasyPaisa

Note: Payment options may vary depending on the product. Please check the product description for available payment methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for bathroom accessories and select products.
• Interior solutions and some customized products are not available for COD. For such items, 100% advance payment is required.
• If a product does not support COD, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
• A 4% e-commerce tax is applied on COD orders as per the Financial Act 2025–2026. This tax is not applicable if payment is made in full in advance via bank transfer. Customers who wish to avoid this tax can choose bank transfer or other advance payment methods.

Advance / Partial Payments

• For interior solutions, customized items, and certain high-value products, full advance payment is required.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

Order Confirmation

• Once an order is placed, a confirmation message is sent to the customer’s WhatsApp number.
• We wait for customer confirmation before packing and dispatching the order.
• If WhatsApp is unavailable, confirmation is obtained via a phone call.

Payment Verification

• For bank transfer or EasyPaisa, customers must share a payment screenshot or receipt on the WhatsApp number provided during checkout.
• Payment verification must be completed before the order is processed and dispatched.

Failed or Refused Payments

• If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the order is returned to Hatimi Interiors.
• Any failed or incomplete payments via bank transfer or EasyPaisa will delay order processing until verified.

Currency

• All prices on Hatimi Interiors are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

Hatimi Interiors reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
