Returns
- General returns are not accepted.
- Returns are only accepted if a product is damaged during transit and a replacement is not available.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Wrong product delivery
- Unwanted items (change of mind)
- Customized products are generally not eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated under special conditions.
- Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Time Limit & Proof
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- A video of the parcel opening with packaging intact is required.
- Videos recorded after opening the packaging will not be considered valid.
How to Request
- Exchange requests must be made via our WhatsApp number, available on our website.
- Customers must share a video of the product along with their request.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to damage or defect, Hatimi Interiors will cover the return shipping charges.
- If the exchange is due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Shipping charges for the new product
