RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hatimi Interiors, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand eligibility, conditions, and the process for handling damaged or exchanged products.

Returns

  • General returns are not accepted.
  • Returns are only accepted if a product is damaged during transit and a replacement is not available.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for:
  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Wrong product delivery
  • Unwanted items (change of mind)
  • Customized products are generally not eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated under special conditions.
  • Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Time Limit & Proof

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • A video of the parcel opening with packaging intact is required.
  • Videos recorded after opening the packaging will not be considered valid.

How to Request

  • Exchange requests must be made via our WhatsApp number, available on our website.
  • Customers must share a video of the product along with their request.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to damage or defect, Hatimi Interiors will cover the return shipping charges.
  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for:
  • Return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges for the new product
