At Hatimi Interiors, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
- Once an order is confirmed, it is processed within 1 working day for most products.
- Bathroom accessories and standard products are usually processed within 1 working day.
- Interior solutions and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time and are processed within 2–3 working days.
Order processing times may vary depending on the nature of the product.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
- Some remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery.
- Availability of delivery is confirmed before order confirmation. Orders are accepted only if delivery is possible to the provided location.
Delivery Time
- Karachi: Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities across Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on:
- Bathroom accessories
- Wallpapers
- Shipping charges for other products are calculated based on product weight and size.
- Applicable shipping charges are communicated during order confirmation.
Courier Services & Tracking
- We primarily use PostEx and Leopards Courier for deliveries.
- Tracking IDs are provided to customers who share their WhatsApp number at the time of order confirmation.
- Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts & Unavailability
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will re-attempt delivery up to two times.
- If the parcel is still not received after multiple attempts, it will be returned to Hatimi Interiors.
- In case of delivery coordination issues, the rider’s contact number may be shared with the customer (subject to courier company policy) so the customer can coordinate directly.
Parcel Inspection Policy
- Open parcel inspection at the doorstep is not allowed due to courier company limitations.
- Couriers do not have the required materials to reseal parcels once opened; therefore, parcels must not be opened at delivery.
Damage Reporting & Claims
- If a customer receives a damaged parcel, the issue must be reported within 36 to 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear video of the parcel opening is mandatory for any damage claim.
- Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened will not be considered valid.
- In case of transit damage, Hatimi Interiors takes full responsibility and offers a replacement, subject to verification.
Each case is reviewed carefully, and if required, a mutual resolution is discussed with the customer.
Responsibility After Delivery
- Once the order has been successfully delivered, the responsibility of the product transfers to the customer.
- Hatimi Interiors is not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse after delivery, except in verified transit damage cases reported within the allowed time frame.
Hatimi Interiors reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
